sorry its been a while since i've posted. its been a difficult time for me lately. work has left me exhausted emontionaly. i won't go into details in case people are reading this. i've had to turn in for a while to think things through.

 on tues i went to the doctor for my annual exam, found out i've got a major infection raging in my system. well i'm allergic to all classes of antibiotics, so my doctor told me to take the ones he prescribed as soon as i got them and to wait 30 minutes just in case. sure enough i started to react, my typical reaction. went to the er. lets just say "i love the er, i love the er, i love the er" the doctor who was treating me TOLD me that my doc had said he wanted me either admitted or sent home with differnt antibiotics. do you think either happened, nope!!! i spent all day yesterday trying to get a hold of a nurse to get a same day appointment, finally about 3:00 or so i got a hold of someone. the nurse line had been down all day. nice huh?? well she accidently fowarded me to the er, i was told that they would not talk to me and was treated extremely rudely. yes i will be calling the patient rep here soon as soon as i can think more clearly. i've got a raging headache and freezing ( gee canna imagine why) so i called back. tomorrow morning i get to see my doctor. in the meantime i'm hurting worse and now getting congested. not only that i get my mammogram today. with no one to drive me in. this should be fun.  oh did i mention, i was initally diagnosed with fibromyalgia.......now my doc isna so sure and is sending me to a nuerologist, who i see on tues. my pain levels are through the roof right now. which i also told the er docs, but they didna listen to me about that. no i'm not to happy.

 oh my week gets even better. my truck will start, but won't stay started. so i had to have it towed to a garage. right now i'm waiting on an estimate. of course once again i have no help. i'm having to drive my daughters car. which she bought from my aunt and my mom. it used to be my grandpa's. he died in feb. what makes it so hard for me to drive is the fact that he died so unexpectedly and that when he died i was not only taking my uncle back and forth to chemo and radiation using that car, but i was sleeping in my grandpa's bed when i got that call. my grandpa was in a nursing home for rehab. this on top of everything else. i'm this close to breaking down. i think after i pick my daughter up from work i will.

anyway, thanks for letting me vent. i think i have been holding some things in to long. in fact i KNOW i've been holding some things in to long, but like i said i canna talk about them on here in case some people are reading. i'm going to go make a call to patient rep about the er and how i was treated. i haven't survived being a military spouse for 21 yrs to be treated like and not know how to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. take care everyone, and i hope every one has a blessed new year.

thats the name of the monday night get togethers we have at the store i work at in tacoma www.yorkshireyarns.com its a great time to come from 6-8 pm and bring a project to get away from your kids ( including the grown up ones ) visit with a bunch of women, possibly make some great new friends and of course we solve the worlds problems lol. well this monday night i am please to say we are having a jazz night!!!! if you go to the blog on the link above it will explain more about the school the jazz band is coming from, but the band is high school kids from a performing arts school. so these kids are some talented kids!!! we are hoping for a great turn out so that we can start doing this on a regular basis so that we can support this school. SOOOOOOOOOOO if you live in the tacoma area and you are a knitter OR even a crocheter YES you read that correctly a crocheter!!! ( can you believe it!!! a yarn store that actually welcomes crocehters!!!) bring a project and come listen to some jazz. you don't even have to buy anything. this isn't a pressure to get you to buy anything, we just want people to come support these kids. i'd really hate for them to get all set up and to have only a couple people show up. spread the word and come relax. hope to see you there

i finally got accepted for a ravelry account. i haven't gotten any farther then just setting up my name and my password but at least i got an account!!!! wohooooo. as soon as i get a flickr account and get my pictures added and all that jazz going i'll let ya'll know. but you can find me there as stayce. yeah i know real original, but i'm tired and wanted it something that I could remember lol let alone everyone else lol. i got and rss feed added to my hub at least so others can see what is going on so that if they want to join they at add their names to the waiting list. now that the people have added more servers its not taking as long. i had to share my good news with everyone. hope everyone's weekend is going well......ours is well, wet, but its tacoma, so thats to be expected. take care and start preparing, the viel has already parted, so don't be surprised if those who are sensitive start seeing things already.
